# Techno Goober SMS Terms and Conditions

This policy describes how Techno Goober uses SMS / text messaging through the Goober Reviews platform. By providing your phone number to us or opting in via our website, phone, or in-person interactions, you consent to receive the messages described below.
Program description
Techno Goober operates a one-way SMS program to request reviews from customers and prospects after a service or interaction with Techno Goober. We send a short text message containing a link to leave a Google review for our business. If a customer hasn’t clicked through after several days we may send one polite reminder. We do not send marketing, promotional offers, or sales messages through this program.
Message types
You may receive the following message types from this number:
Review request: A one-time text after a transaction or service interaction with Techno Goober, with a link to leave a Google review.
Reminder: Up to one follow-up message if you haven’t clicked the review link, sent approximately 72 hours after the initial message.
Confirmation: A short confirmation if you reply with a keyword like HELP or STOP.
We do not send transactional notifications, marketing campaigns, sweepstakes entries, or any other category of message through this number.
How you opt in
You provide consent in one of the following ways:
By giving us your phone number when scheduling a service or completing a transaction with Techno Goober, with verbal or written confirmation that you agree to receive a review request text.
By submitting your phone number through a form on technogoober.com that explicitly states you’ll receive a review request via SMS.
Consent is never a condition of any purchase. We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers from third-party lists. We do not share phone numbers we collect with anyone else for messaging purposes.
Frequency
You should expect at most two messages per transaction or interaction: the initial review request and one optional reminder. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Once you opt out we’ll stop sending messages immediately and you will receive a single confirmation that your opt-out was received.
To opt back in, contact us using the information below. We honor opt-outs across all future campaigns from Techno Goober.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery times depend on your carrier.
