Scariest Website Contest — Official Rules

1. Sponsor.

   This promotion is sponsored by Techno Goober, 17527 Nassau Commons Blvd, Suite 213, Lewes, DE 19958 (“Sponsor”).

2. Entry Period.

   The promotion begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility.

   Open to business owners, or individuals authorized to act on behalf of a business, who are at least 18 years old.

4. How to Enter.

   Complete the entry form at technogoober.com/scariest-website-contest-entry during the Entry Period. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Limit one (1) entry per business. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection.

   Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 28, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes.

   Each of the three (3) winners will receive a prize package consisting of:

   (a) A website design and build by Sponsor with a value of up to $1,500; and

   (b) Twelve (12) months of Sponsor’s Goober Care plan at 50% off the regular monthly rate ($25/month; regular rate $50/month).

   Winners may elect to substitute Goober Care Plus ($62.50/month; regular rate $125/month) or Goober Care Pro ($125/month; regular rate $250/month) at 50% off for the same 12-month term.

7. Required Plan Commitment.

   Acceptance of the prize package requires the winner to enroll in a Goober Care plan for a minimum of twelve (12) months at the discounted rate described above. After the 12-month term, the plan continues at Sponsor’s then-current regular rate unless canceled by the winner.

8. Additional Work.

   Website work beyond the $1,500 prize value will be quoted to the winner in advance at Sponsor’s standard rate of $105/hour and performed only with the winner’s approval.

9. Build Timeline.

   Website builds must begin by December 31, 2026, unless another start date is arranged between the winner and Sponsor.

10. Winner Notification.

    Winners will be announced on October 30, 2026, including on 92.7 and 98.5, and contacted by email and/or phone. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification, or who declines the prize package, forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be drawn.

11. Prize Conditions.

    Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

12. Publicity.

    With the winner’s permission, Sponsor may use the winner’s business name, website, and before/after images in promotional materials.

13. General.

    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules, and to modify or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
