I stopped into Techno-goober this morning at their office right across from Nassau Vinyards, after having made an appointment yesterday. The office is a spacious suite of rooms filled with a larger staff than I would have imagined for an IT firm in Lewes. I immediately liked the atmosphere. They offered me coffee and food which was nice. The thing which impressed me was the level of energy that the staff exuded. Everyone seemed busy, yet content and relaxed. I had a particular problem that involved getting Google authenticator to sync up with a 2fa security on an exchange. I sat down with a young gentleman by the name of Chad, who they assured me was the man to see about this issue. Before I was done with my coffee, Chad had the problem resolved. I was so happy about it, I had two pizzas delivered to them for lunch. These guys are the real deal.read more

I had a really great experience with Techno Goober a couple of weeks ago when they came over to fix my son's computer. He was in disarray b/c he wasn't able to use his computer for gaming for a few days and Techno Goober came to the rescue and saved my husband and I from having my teenage son having to annoy us any longer. 😂 Thanks again! Last week I had an issue with my laptop overheating and shutting down. I contacted Nick and dropped it off at lunchtime. Steve took it apart and cleaned all the dust out of it. I picked it up on my way back from lunch and it has worked properly ever since. Thanks Nick and Steve!read more
