Resize Images for WordPress
When adding images to your WordPress website, it is important to make sure that you resize them appropriately. An image that is too small may be stretched or distorted when uploaded to your website, while an image that is large may also be distorted or affect the design of your homepage. To avoid any problems with distorted images, make sure to size the image first. Depending on the location of the image, you will need to play around to determine the width and height. *If you have a right or left column on your site, a pixel width of 500 would be close to being able to cover the entire content area on the page.
