A Delaware company, not an agency with a Delaware page
Plenty of agencies have a Delaware landing page. Very few of them have an office in Delaware, a Delaware phone number that belongs to a Delaware office, or any particular reason to know the difference between selling in Rehoboth and selling in Seaford.
We have been in Lewes since 2012. Delaware is roughly 1,050,000 people across three counties that behave like three different countries commercially — a corporate-law city in the north, a state capital in the middle, and an agricultural and resort economy in the south. Marketing that treats them as one market does badly in all three.
New Castle, Kent and Sussex do not share a customer
New Castle County runs on finance, corporate law and corporate registration, with Wilmington and the University of Delaware at Newark anchoring it. Kent County runs on state government, Dover Air Force Base and agriculture. Sussex County runs on poultry, construction and a resort season that empties out in October.
A Wilmington law firm and a Selbyville contractor are not doing the same marketing job, and a single statewide page cannot serve both. That is why there is a page for each town below rather than one page with a list of place names on it.
